# Burlington Hood Cleaning: pricing

Commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning in Burlington and Aldershot. Prices are
per visit in Canadian dollars and are quoted in writing before any work is
booked. The invoice matches the quote. Commercial kitchens only; home range
hoods are not serviced.

## Single-hood kitchen
**From $585 per visit.**
One canopy up to ten feet. Includes the hood, baffle filters, plenum cavity, and
exterior, cleaned in one overnight visit. Includes the NFPA 96 referenced
certificate and the before-and-after photo report.

## Multi-hood kitchen
**From $995 per visit.**
Two to four canopies cleaned in sequence in the same visit. Each canopy is
photographed and itemised separately on the certificate.

## Hotel, banquet, school, healthcare and multi-tenant kitchens
**Site quote after a free walk-through.**
Hotel and banquet kitchens with multiple lines, school and campus kitchens,
hospital and retirement-residence kitchens, workplace cafeterias in food
plants and manufacturers along the QEW corridor, plaza units sharing a riser,
and buildings with long or shared duct runs. The walk-through costs nothing
and the written quote covers the full scope.

## Food trucks and commissary kitchens
**Quoted with the hood, after inspection.**
A food truck hood is a short system with a small fan and a filter bank that
loads fast. It is quoted on its own or alongside the operator's restaurant
hood so one certificate covers both.

## Solid-fuel and charbroiler appliances
**Quoted with the hood, after inspection.**
A charcoal grill, wood-fired oven or heavy charbroiler line under a hood puts
creosote as well as grease into the system, and NFPA 96 publishes a monthly
inspection interval for solid-fuel cooking. The quote states the interval and
the scope separately.

## Exhaust fan repair and installation
**Quoted per job after inspection.**
Hinge kits, fan removal and reinstallation, belt and bearing work on rooftop
exhaust fans, and rooftop grease containment. Parts are itemised on the quote.

## What every visit includes
- Free walk-through and a written quote within 24 hours

- A signed health and safety certificate referencing the published NFPA 96

## Not offered
Home range hoods, pressure washing, building HVAC and residential air duct
cleaning, coil cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, restaurant deep cleaning and
equipment cleaning contracts, sanitation contracts, grease interceptor
pumping, roofing, gas fitting, electrical work and fire suppression system
servicing.
